Nightify raises US$500,000 seed round led by A2D Ventures

  • Funds will support expansion, product development & regional growth
  • Aims to address fragmented discovery, bookings & operations across nightlife venues

Nightify, a Thailand-based platform focused on nightlife discovery, booking and venue management, has raised US$500,000 (RM2 million) in seed funding led by A2D Ventures, with participation from angel investors, including prominent business families, industry operators and leaders across the hospitality, retail and consumer sectors.

The company said the funding will be used to expand its presence across Thailand and further develop its platform, which connects venues and users within the nightlife ecosystem. Additionally, the funds will be channelled towards growing its venue network, enhancing product capabilities and expanding its user base, with longer-term plans to enter other Southeast Asian markets.

Nightify aims to address challenges in nightlife and hospitality, where both consumers and venue operators often rely on fragmented tools. Users face difficulties discovering venues and making bookings, while operators manage reservations, events and customer data across multiple systems.

The platform combines venue discovery and booking features for users with operational tools for venues, including booking management, event promotion and customer relationship management. The company said it is also developing additional capabilities such as payments, point-of-sale integrations and analytics tools.

Nightify is currently used by venues in Thailand, including Bar Us, The Norm Bangkok, Vesper, Dry Wave Cocktail Studio, G.O.D., F*nkytown and Abandoned Mansion.

Beyond its software offering, the company claims to also worked with brands such as Grab, White Claw, Coffee Meets Bagel and DrinkAid on events and marketing campaigns in Bangkok. These have ranged from small-scale activations to larger events with up to 800 attendees.

“We’re excited to support Nightify as they build the infrastructure layer powering venue experiences,” said Ankit Upadhyay, co-founder and general partner at A2D Ventures. “Hospitality venues across Southeast Asia are still running on fragmented tools. Nightify improves operations for venues while driving measurable engagement for brands like White Claw.”

Upadhyay added that the founding team’s background across companies such as Agoda, Accenture, Bitazza, Minor International and Oppo is “what’s needed to solve real industry challenges with regional potential”.

Nightify co-founder and CEO Wuthi Bunyapamai said the company is focused on building a platform that supports both venue operations and user engagement.

“People don’t go out just to transact. They go out to feel something, to connect, discover, and be part of something bigger,” he said.
