Cyberiew showcases CLLA Cohort 21 startups at solution showcase, driving real-world impact and scalability

• CLLA alumni have raised US$67 mil and generated over US$210 mil in revenue
• Programme continues to connect start-ups with investors, partners and pilot opportunities

Cyberview Sdn Bhd showcased 23 high-impact start-ups at the Cyberview Living Lab® Accelerator (CLLA) Cohort 21 Solution Showcase, reinforcing the programme’s role in helping start-ups move from validation to commercialisation within Malaysia’s technology ecosystem.

Held at the Dash Box Hotel, the showcase brought together corporates, investors and ecosystem partners, creating a platform for start-ups to unlock pilot opportunities, strategic partnerships and market access.

The 23 start-ups presented solutions across smart healthcare and wellness, sustainability, smart infrastructure, and enterprise and AI, reflecting growing demand for scalable, human-centric innovation. The event also featured the Top ten shortlisted start-ups, which will advance to the CLLA Cohort 21 Demo Day on 16 June, where they will pitch to investors and corporates for potential funding and partnerships.

Kamarul Ariffin Abdul Samad, CEO of Cyberview, said the programme continues to nurture start-ups capable of solving real-world challenges.

“In a time when industries are navigating global uncertainty, shifting market demands and the need for greater resilience, the solutions developed by this cohort have the potential to address real challenges, improve efficiency and support more sustainable and future-ready ways of operating,” he said.

Since its inception in 2013, CLLA has supported nearly 152 start-ups, which have collectively raised more than US$67 million (RM285 million) in investments and generated over US$210 million (RM891 million) in revenue.

For Cohort 21, the programme has been streamlined from five months to four months, with greater emphasis on measurable impact, scalability, market readiness, mentorship, investor engagement and pilot deployment opportunities within Cyberjaya.

To further accelerate commercialisation, eligible start-ups may qualify for Cyberview’s Pilot Project Incentive, enabling them to test, validate and scale solutions within the Cyberjaya Living Lab® ecosystem.

Kamarul said Malaysia must continue strengthening its technological sovereignty through homegrown innovation.

In light of the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, it has become even more important for Malaysia to strengthen its technological sovereignty. By building Malaysian-made technology, by Malaysians, we can reduce our dependence on foreign solutions and create more resilient, self-reliant systems for the future,” he said.

Alumni demonstrate programme impact

The programme’s impact is reflected in the success of its alumni who have transitioned from early-stage innovation to measurable business growth.

SmartPeep, a health-tech start-up and CLLA alumnus, has expanded into Malaysia, Singapore and Japan, serving more than 20 hospitals and aged-care facilities. Its AI-powered solution has helped reduce patient falls while improving response times and care efficiency. The company has also secured a pilot project with Hospital Cyberjaya and now generates an estimated annual revenue of US$1 million.

ReMo, which graduated from the programme in 2025, has demonstrated strong commercial traction through its rehabilitation solution for elderly and injured patients. Following pilot support from Cyberview, the company is expanding adoption of its technology and pursuing opportunities within the public healthcare sector.

Kamarul Ariffin added that Cyberview remains committed to supporting start-ups as they continue their growth journey in Cyberjaya.

• SpaceIn – Malaysian space-tech start-up providing nanosatellite and IoT connectivity for remote regions.
• Enygma AI – Malaysian AI start-up providing automated inspections and digital twins for industrial asset integrity.
• Truecare2u – Mobile app for booking home medical visits and teleconsultations safely and easily.
• Microbiome Sdn Bhd – Microbiome start-up using test kits and an app to provide personalised gut health and diet insights.
• Evolving Brilliance Technologies (EBTech) – AI-powered deep-tech solutions for sustainable land management and carbon credit development.
• OINC – Transforming plant waste into mushrooms using IoT-enabled shipping containers for sustainable investment.
• Eko Kuasa Technology Sdn Bhd – Developing disruptive electromagnetic technology for 24/7 clean, emissions-free power generation at scale.
• Xylorix – AI-powered mobile app using computer vision to verify timber species and combat illegal logging.
• Dataverse Sdn Bhd – AI ecosystem automating business processes through intelligent agents and data-driven sales copilot solutions.
