CommercePay has integrated BInfinite into its payment platform, enabling merchants to offer instant loyalty rewards to customers directly at the point of payment.
Customers can now earn and redeem BPoints within the same payment flow, eliminating the need for separate vouchers, codes or third-party applications. The integration also gives merchants access to BInfinite’s ecosystem of 4.6 million members and more than 1,000 partner outlets nationwide.
The integration comes amid growing demand for embedded loyalty in payments, as businesses move away from traditional rewards models towards instant gratification and more data-driven customer engagement.
In a statement, CommercePay said the integration marks another step in its move beyond traditional payment acceptance, following the recent launch of its Instalment Payment Plan solution.
CommercePay general manager Patricia Silvanus said the integration allows merchants to activate loyalty features without requiring complex implementation, adding that the feature was designed to help merchants improve customer retention and encourage repeat purchases.
“Payments are no longer just about completing a transaction, but about creating better customer engagement at the point where purchase decisions are made,” she said.
“By embedding BInfinite into the CommercePay payment flow, we are helping merchants reward customers instantly and make loyalty part of the everyday checkout experience.”
