VentureTech invests in Evensis, driving Malaysia’s regional event tech expansion

VentureTech Sdn Bhd, an impact investment company, has announced an undisclosed investment in Y Us Sdn Bhd (Evenesis), a Bumiputera company pioneering end-to-end event management software (EMS) solutions and managed services. In a statement, the company said the investment aims to accelerate Evenesis’ platform capabilities to address evolving user needs, strengthen its competitive position, and drive regional expansion.

Evenesis delivers comprehensive digital solutions designed to transform how business events are conceptualised, delivered, and evaluated. Built as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with integrated managed services, Evenesis streamlines and automates key event management processes — from registration and planning to post-event analytics, while offering tailored managed services for each event, ensuring an optimised and seamless experience for organisers and participants alike.

To date, Evenesis claims to have supported over 3,000 events locally and internationally, including flagship exhibitions such as the Malaysia International Furniture Fair, Oil and Gas Asia, and Defence Services Asia & NATSEC Asia. It has earned the trust of ministries, government-linked companies, and industry leaders such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the Human Resource Development Corporation, Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan, the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation, and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority. The company has also established a growing footprint in more than 16 countries, including Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
