- ILMU Claw lets users build autonomous AI agents through OpenClaw with simple prompts

YTL AI Labs today launched ILMU Claw, enabling Malaysian users, developers, and enterprises to build autonomous AI agents, hosted entirely on Malaysian infrastructure through the secure YTL AI Cloud.
AI agents have become one of the defining technology stories of 2026. Momentum around agentic software has accelerated globally, with OpenClaw emerging as a breakout open-source project that has gained traction from developers to everyday users. By removing the need for coding or complex setup, OpenClaw has significantly lowered technical barriers for building AI agents, making it accessible to everyday users through simple, natural language prompts.
Building on this momentum, ILMU Claw is designed to work seamlessly with OpenClaw. ILMU Claw lets users build autonomous AI agents through OpenClaw with simple prompts, without managing complex orchestration. Everyday users can build agents to plan trips, manage emails, and organise their day, while businesses can use them to handle customer support, streamline workflows, and automate operations.
“We are excited to continue giving Malaysian builders what they deserve – world-class AI capability, on home soil,” said Foong Chee Mun, CEO of YTL AI Labs. “ILMU Claw is a jumping off point for Malaysians to harness that capability and build incredible things, faster than ever before.”
With 800 seats for ILMU Claw available at launch, spots are limited. Interested parties can sign up now at console.ilmu.ai.
Powered by ILMU-Nemo-Nano, developed in collaboration with NVIDIA, ILMU Claw is designed to make agent creation more accessible while still supporting enterprise needs. For enterprise deployments, the NVIDIA reference stack adds stronger security, privacy, and policy controls for more governed agentic workflows.
Prior to this, many teams seeking advanced agentic capabilities had to route workflows and sensitive data through foreign infrastructure. ILMU Claw changes that by giving Malaysian developers and enterprises access to agentic tooling hosted on local infrastructure.
As part of the launch, YTL AI Labs will be supporting the local builder ecosystem by sponsoring the upcoming OpenClaw KL: Build With OpenClaw event in Kuala Lumpur on 24 April from 7pm to 9pm. There is a waitlist for participation as the event is already full.
ILMU Claw joins the ILMU family of products by YTL AI Labs, including ILMUchat, a conversational AI currently in public beta on the Apple App Store and Google Play. ILMU Claw plans are available today for enthusiasts, developers, startups, and enterprises.
