Tanium, a leader in Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), has appointed Satyen Desai (pic) as regional vice president for Asean. In this role, he will lead the company’s growth strategy in the region as demand increases for resilient, real-time endpoint management and security.
The company has also strengthened its broader APAC leadership team to support regional expansion. These appointments include:
- Junya Saito, VP, APAC, overseeing commercial leadership across the region, including revenue growth, sales and market expansion.
- James Greenwood, AVP, Solution Engineering, leading solution engineering and pre-sales across APAC.
- Yasir Yousuff, Vice President, Marketing, APJ, heading marketing strategy and execution across Asia Pacific and Japan.
Tanium said the expanded leadership team will deepen engagement with customers and partners, while scaling regional execution to help organisations strengthen their security posture through real-time visibility across IT environments.
“Autonomous Endpoint Management is becoming foundational for organisations seeking greater security and resilience at scale,” said Satyen. “Endpoints remain a primary entry point for threats across Asia, particularly in government and critical sectors. Customers need real-time visibility and control, alongside the ability to confidently implement changes across complex IT environments.”
Satyen brings over 25 years of enterprise technology experience, with leadership roles at ColorTokens, Cloudflare, Oracle, SAP and Cisco. He has previously led go-to-market expansion, strategic account growth and partner ecosystem development across Asean.
Tanium’s AEM platform provides organisations with real-time visibility and control across endpoints, supporting IT and security teams in managing risk and maintaining operational resilience in increasingly complex environments.
