- Aims to drive AI-led transformation by rethinking business models & competitiveness
- Founded by Prashant Kumar, former Accenture Song Data & AI leader & founder of Entropia

Entermind, a Singapore-headquartered AI consulting firm, has launched with the ambition of becoming the world’s first ‘whole-brain’ AI consultancy. The company said it combines left-brain capabilities in data engineering with right-brain expertise in defining and designing human experiences.
The venture brings together data engineers, AI/ML architects and researchers with business problem-solvers, insight strategists and experienced designers. Its team is drawn from leading consultancies, client organisations and AI-native startups. Entermind begins with offices in Silicon Valley, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangalore, anchored by a 24-person core solution hub in Kuala Lumpur.
Entermind was founded by Prashant Kumar, who previously led Data & AI for global growth markets across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa at Accenture Song, giving him a front-row perspective on some of the world’s most ambitious AI projects. He also founded Entropia, a data-driven marketing firm acquired by Accenture in its largest Southeast Asian deal.
Entropia launched a pioneering AI app using Azure computer vision as early as 2017, and its XR studio went on to become a global hub for Accenture. Prior to founding Entropia, Prashant was CEO of Asia World Markets at IPG Mediabrands. He is also the bestselling author of Made in Future (Penguin, 2022), which anticipated the transformative impact of AI.
As consulting faces disruption from AI, Entermind aims to adopt a “native” approach to AI-led business transformation, reshaping how companies design products, build capabilities, manage knowledge, streamline processes and sustain competitive advantage. This includes reimagining internal knowledge graphs, building AI-native data architectures and ontologies, model training and agent-building to address real-world business challenges.
The company will offer services in harnessing data to build native-to-AI knowledge and decision systems; AI-led product and service design; AI-powered growth engines; and AI-driven sales and customer service.
Commenting on the launch, Prashant Kumar said: “Most first-generation AI pilots are failing to scale because we are doing it the legacy way. It is important to realise that Gen AI is the first whole-brain technology speaking the same language as humans. Therefore, to make it pay off for an enterprise requires a whole-brain approach too – one that is native to AI.”
He added: “Enterprises are human systems, and any successful orchestration of AI requires an organic appreciation of how people, workflows and information interact to create value. Synthetic intelligence is not an island – it must tango with authentic intelligence. We combine engineering with empathy to create a new growth flywheel. And the flow of the future cannot fit into the plumbing of the past.”
